Cyber Self Defense Course

This two hour course is designed to raise awareness of faculty and staff on topics including safe web browsing, principle of least privilege, encrypting and backing up files, e-mail safety and wireless security. The class is very interactive with discussion topics that get the participants thinking about how to protect their personal and work computers both at home and the office.

Live, Instructor-Led Sessions Dates and Registration
Sessions are usually held in the Spring, Summer and Fall, and are taught by an Information Security professional, in conjunction with UF HR Training. Participants must pre-register.
